Billed monthly, no annual commitment required. Cancel with 30 days notice. Enterprise customers can arrange annual billing at a discount — contact us.
Month-to-month. We don't believe in trapping customers — if Celaxis doesn't show measurable savings in the first billing cycle, we'll discuss termination. Most customers see ROI in the first month.
Fleet telemetry data is used solely for scheduling optimization. We do not sell, share, or use fleet data for any secondary purpose. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. SOC readings and departure schedules are retained for 90 days for audit purposes, then deleted. See our Privacy Policy.
Any EVSE hardware that supports OCPP 1.6 or 2.0 is compatible. We also have direct API integrations with ChargePoint and Blink commercial networks. If your EVSE hardware isn't listed, contact us — we can usually add support within a few weeks.
200+ US utility tariff feeds are currently active, covering all major Pacific Northwest utilities, California IOUs, Rocky Mountain utilities, and most major US metros. If your utility isn't covered, contact us — we add new feeds on request and typically have new utilities live within 2–3 weeks.
